Richard Harris has joined private funds administrator Petra Funds Group as managing director and head of business development.
In this role, he will lead the team’s efforts to provide solutions to more private markets firms, said an Oct. 1 news release.
Harris most recently served as managing director at HSBC Securities.

Petra administers funds and structures totaling more than $220 billion in assets.
