MidOcean Partners has appointed two executives to its investor relations team, a company spokeswoman confirmed in an email.
Tim Percarpio has been named a managing director and head of investor relations, while Leslie Tanca has joined the firm as a vice president.
Both positions are new.
Mr. Percarpio will oversee the firm’s private equity and credit marketing activities. Both executives will support MidOcean’s fundraising and client service efforts in the firm’s private equity and credit businesses.
Mr. Percarpio will report to Chief Operating Officer Debbie Hodges, while Ms. Tanca will report to Mr. Percarpio.
Mr. Percarpio was head of marketing at Contrarian Capital, while Ms. Tanca was a senior vice president at Pinnacle Trust Partners. Ken Ageloff, director of investor relations at Contrarian, and Attilio A. Albani Jr., founder and managing partner of Pinnacle Trust Partners, could not be immediately reached for additional information.
