Rader is global co-head of alternatives capital formation within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, with responsibility for capital raising, product strategy, research and investor relations across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, sustainability and hedge funds/liquid alternatives. She is also the executive vice president of Goldman Sachs Private Credit Corp.
Thomas is a professional investor and corporate executive with nearly 30 years of impactful leadership in financial services. He is the founder and managing partner of The Copia Group, a diverse-owned private investment firm that provides credit solutions to privately held, lower-middle-market companies. Prior to founding Copia, he served as president of Northern Trust Asset Management, a leading global investment manager that at the time had $1.3 trillion in assets under management.
