Jenny Harbord has joined U.K. consultancy firm Lane Clark & Peacock as its head of real assets, according to a news release.
Whether the role is new could not immediately be learned.
Harbord will head up the team that focuses on real assets including infrastructure and real estate. LCP has total assets under advisement of about £850 billion ($1.1 trillion).
“LCP are renowned for giving independent, thoughtful advice and I’m delighted to be joining the team," Harbord said in the news release. "Real assets are an important asset class offering long-term inflation linked cashflows and diversification. Many pension schemes are reviewing exposure as they contemplate insurance transactions.”
Harbord was senior investment manager at Art-Invest Real Estate.
LCP and Art-Invest Real Estate did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
