Pete Stavros and Nate Taylor have been promoted to the new positions of global co-heads of KKR & Co.'s private equity business, spokesman Miles Radcliffe-Trenner, in said in an email.
Since 2019, Messrs Stavros and Taylor, both partners at the firm, have been co-heads of private equity in the Americas.
They will continue to run KKR's Americas private equity business.
As of Dec. 31, KKR's private equity business had $165 billion in assets under management.
"We are honored by this appointment and look forward to supporting KKR's local investment teams," Messrs Stavros and Taylor said in a news release.
