ITE Management has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Thora Capital, a private investment management firm focused on aviation finance, including helicopter leasing.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction will expand ITE's portfolio into a “differentiated, stable cash-flow asset class, reinforcing its leadership in transportation-based, asset-backed investments,” said a news release April 1.
ITE spokesperson Matt Liszt could not be reached for further details.
Thora Capital has a portfolio of assets, secured by long-term contracts serving a range of providers including hospitals, municipalities and government agencies.
ITE Management is an alternative investment firm focused on transportation infrastructure and manages more than $10 billion in physical assets.
