Hamilton Lane appointed three executives to its global investment team, spokeswoman Kate McGann said in an email.
Jeffrey Armbrister was named global head of co-investments, and Mingchen Xia and Collwyn Tan were appointed co-heads of Asia investments. Messrs. Xia and Tan's positions are new, while Mr. Armbrister replaced Brian Gildea, who was appointed global head of investments.
Mr. Armbrister will oversee Hamilton Lane's 19-person co-investment team. He will report to Mr. Gildea, Hamilton Lane's global head of investments. Meanwhile, Messrs. Xia and Tan will lead the firm's Asia investments business. They will be based in Hong Kong and report to Juan Delgado-Moreira, head of Asia at Hamilton Lane.
Mr. Armbrister was a managing director and senior member on the co-investment team. Mr. Xia was a managing director on the fund investment team in Hong Kong, and Mr. Tan was a principal on the co-investment team in Hong Kong. All three executives will continue to oversee their previous responsibilities.
Hamilton Lane has about $481 billion in assets under management and supervision.
