Andrea Picard was named co-head of global institutional sales at Golub Capital, effective in March.
Picard will join Michele Joyeux, managing director and co-head of global institutional sales, said a Jan. 18 release.
Picard is currently at BlackRock, serving as managing director and head of the U.S. pensions-Americas institutional business, according to her profile on BlackRock's website. She first joined BlackRock in 2013.
A spokesperson for BlackRock said that Donald Perault has taken on Picard's role as head of U.S. pensions.
The spokesperson added that Perault was most recently a managing director and senior member of the Americas Institutional Business group at BlackRock focused on U.S. pensions. His new role as head of U.S. pensions was effective as of earlier this month, the spokesperson noted.
Golub Capital had more than $65 billion of capital under management as of Jan. 1.
