Golub Capital, a direct lender and credit asset manager, expanded its footprint in Europe by adding three people to its London office.
Daniel von Rothenburg joined Golub Capital as a managing director and head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa on the business development and investor relations team, according to a news release Monday.
Mr. Von Rothenburg was formerly a managing director at New End Associates.
Philipp Schroeder joined Golub as a senior director on the direct lending team. Mr. Schroeder was formerly on the direct originations team at Apollo Global Management, the news release said.
In addition, Mensah Lambie joined the firm as a principal on the direct lending team. He was formerly a principal at Apollo Global Management.
Golub Capital initially established a dedicated direct lending presence in Europe in 2020 under Tara Moore, managing director and head of European originations, the release added. Since then, Golub has made almost $9 billion in financing commitments to European deals across more than 80 transactions.
As of Jan. 1, Golub had more than $60 billion in capital under management.
