Alisa Mall joined life sciences private equity firm Foresite Capital in the new position of managing director, corporate strategy, said spokeswoman Cindy Mesaros in an email.
Ms. Mall's duties at Foresite include corporate development, long-term capital strategy, investor relations, and environmental, social, and corporate governance engagement.
Ms. Mall was a managing director focused on real estate, natural resources, inflation-linked investments and absolute return strategies for Carnegie Corp. of New York, which oversees a $3.4 billion endowment. Carnegie spokeswoman Celeste Ford said Ms. Mall has not yet been replaced.
