William Kadouch-Chassaing was named CEO of private markets firm Eurazeo, a spokesman confirmed.
He replaced Virginie Morgon, who was also a member of executive board. Mr. Kadouch-Chassaing has been a member of the executive board since March 2022.
Mr. Kadouch-Chassaing was the firm's general director finance and strategy, and chief investment officer. Details about his replacement could not be immediately learned.
"With the appointment of a new, collegial, and focused executive board, comprising Christophe Baviere, William Kadouch-Chassaing, Sophie Flak and Olivier Millet, the board has sought to install a new dynamic to accelerate the development of Eurazeo's activities and to deploy a high-performance strategy creating value for the benefit of all its stakeholders," said Jean-Charles Decaux, president of the firm's supervisory board, in a news release Monday.
Eurazeo has €32.4 billion ($35.1 billion) in assets under management.
