Steve Koltes, a co-founder and co-chairman of CVC Capital Partners, is stepping down in October, the firm said Jan. 28 in a news release.
The London-based private equity and investment advisory firm has $125 billion of assets under management across six private equity, secondary and credit strategies.
The firm will continue to be managed by its board and the firm's managing partners, according to the release. Mr. Koltes will serve on the board in a non-executive role.
CVC Capital Partners, formerly Citicorp Venture Capital London, was formed in 1993.
