Bradley Schneider has joined Cresset Partners as managing director and head of private credit.
Mr. Schneider takes over a newly created role, a spokesman for Cresset confirmed by email, and he will report to Kevin O'Donnell, executive managing director and head of Cresset's private funds group.
In his position at Cresset, Mr. Schneider will be "responsible for the strategic leadership and expansion of Cresset's holistic private credit program, including Cresset's flagship private credit vehicle," said a Wednesday news release.
Mr. Schneider most recently served as head of private credit at Midwest Holding.
Midwest is a technology-enabled, services-oriented annuity platform, according to the firm's website.
Midwest could not be immediately reached for further details.
Cresset had $40 billion in assets under management as of July 13.
