CBRE Global Investors has begun a search for a successor to David Rogers, CEO of its infrastructure and private equity business, CBRE Caledon, said Pam Barnett, spokeswoman for CBRE Global Investors.
The search for a new CEO for CBRE Caledon is part of the firm’s succession planning.
Once CBRE has hired a new CEO for CBRE Caledon to take on the day-to-day responsibility of running the business and growing CBRE's infrastructure investment capabilities, Mr. Rogers will become executive chairman, according to a written statement.
"He (Mr. Rogers) will remain actively involved in several areas of the business, including managing key client relationships," the statement said. "David will be firmly in charge of leading the business throughout the search and transition."
