Aurore Gauffre was named head of sustainability and impact at private markets firm CAPZA.
It is a newly created position, a spokeswoman said in an email. Ms. Gauffre will oversee the development of the firm's corporate social responsibility policy and environmental, social and governance strategy.
She is based in Paris and will report to CEO Laurent Bénard.
Ms. Gauffre was previously head of investments at the French Insurance Federation.
CAPZA has more than €5 billion ($6 billion) in assets under management.
