Mark DeVincentis joined private equity firm Avance Investment Management as a partner and in the new position of head of capital formation and investor relations, a spokeswoman said in an email.
Mr. DeVincentis' "extensive global relationships and expertise strategically building and scaling businesses will be invaluable as we seek to expand our relationships with a diverse range of high-quality investors around the world," said David Perez, co-founder and managing partner, in a news release.
Mr. DeVincentis most recently was a managing director, head of strategic partnerships and product solutions at credit manager Crescent Capital Group. He was replaced in February by Jonathan Harari, a managing director and global head of investor solutions group, a Crescent spokesman said.
Avance has $1.3 billion in assets under management.
