AnaCap Financial Partners closed distressed debt fund AnaCap Credit Opportunities IV at its hard cap of €1 billion ($1.1 billion), a spokesman said in an email.
The previous fund, AnaCap Credit Opportunities III, closed at its hard cap of €595 million in 2016, above its fundraising target of €550 million.
Investors in the new fund include the $28.3 billion Texas County & District Retirement System, Austin, and the $26.5 billion San Francisco City & County Employees' Retirement System.
