Sean Golden will be joining credit manager AlbaCore Capital Group in December as a managing director and deputy portfolio manager, a new position, said spokeswoman Alyssa Pfitscherin an email.
Mr. Golden will lead AlbaCore's structured credit investment business, Ms. Pfitscherin said.
"Structured credit investing is a natural extension of AlbaCore's CLO management business that started in 2019", said David Allen, an AlbaCore managing partner and CIO, in the release.
Mr. Golden was an executive director on the structured credit team at Alcentra, a credit manager that is being acquired by Franklin Resources. Pholida Barclay, Franklin Templeton spokeswoman, could not immediately be reached for information on Mr. Golden's replacement.
