     • Organizes volunteer events through its charitable giving committee for company teams,
based on the idea that a team that gives together, stays together. The social committee also sponsors activities across teams, including virtual happy hours and baking contests.
     • Closes early on “Summer Fridays” between Memorial Day and Labor Day, when offices close at 3 p.m. Offers flexible schedule.

     • Increased technology resources during the pandemic by rolling out Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other tools that enabled all employees to work remotely.
