     • Pays 100% of medical, dental and vision insurance for all employees and their dependents. Modified its PTO policy in May 2021 to include unlimited sick days in an effort to encourage employees not to go into the office when sick.
     • Began focusing its Racial and Social Justice Task Force on new community partnerships, including with a local non-profit organization helping formerly incarcerated people rejoin
society; committed to recruiting a minimum of at least 40% of women and 30% people of color candidates for the first stage of its interview process; conducted training on unconscious bias and microagressions.
     • Perks include a 401(k) plan match of up to 4% of employee compensation to an annual maximum of $7,500; a 10-year work anniversary bobblehead; and unlimited snacks.

Employees say:
     • “Corbin provides a fun and productive work environment that allows for growth and development. I think the organization has fostered an extremely cohesive team of hard-working and friendly people who all push to make Corbin succeed.”
     • “Corbin values each employee and gives everyone an opportunity to succeed in a challenging but friendly environment. People treat one another with respect, and there is a refreshing lack of internal politics and unhealthy competition.”
     • “Individuals are allowed/encouraged to be themselves. This has created a unique and diverse work environment … I am constantly growing in my position, taking on new responsibilities/perfecting current ones. Everyone I interact with at Corbin is pleasant and willing to help out, even if they are busy.”

BACK AT IT: Corbin staffers celebrated their first work event since the start of the pandemic. The company provided food and drinks, and employees enjoyed the services of a sketch artist and tarot card reader.
