Rick started at P&I in 2000 after 15 years as a news and business copy desk chief at the Daily Herald in suburban Chicago. He previously was overnight city editor of the City News Bureau of Chicago. Rick has a B.A. in communications and a M.A. in political science from Northern Illinois University.
