The Director, North American Head of Consultant Relations will report into the Head of North American Distribution (NAD). He/she will coordinate and align efforts of our boutique led consultant relationship teams with our centralized North American Distribution team, specifically as it relates to the US Defined Contribution, Sub-Advisory and Wealth Markets. He/she will work closely with NAD to execute field sales plans through partnerships with field consultants. In addition, he/she will lead relationships with localized and/or channel specific consultants and be responsible for the development of top of the house relationship between CEO of BNY Investment Management and C-Suite at largest US based consultants. The successful candidate will take ownership for developing a deep understanding of our products, investment strategy and performance to a wide range of investment consultants.
• Minimum Experience 10 years in a consultant relations role or related function
• Series 3, 7, 24, 63 licenses (or ability to obtain)
• CFA and/or CAIA a plus
