Valparaiso (Ind.) University Retirement Plan on Oct. 1 will add two Vanguard Group equity funds as investment options to its 403(b) plan, according to plan documents.
The funds added will be the Vanguard Small-Cap Index Fund and the Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund, both admiral shares, according to the documents.
Also on Oct. 1, the plan will move its suite of 13 lifecycle funds to institutional class from retirement class, according to the documents.
After the changes, the plan will have 17 investment options and the TIAA-CREF lifecycle funds.
TIAA is the plan's record keeper.
The plan had $184 million in assets as of Dec. 31, 2016, according to its latest Form 5500 filing. Valparaiso has an employer match of up to 7.5% of pay, with employee participants required to contribute a minimum 1% of pay.
