Colorado County issues call for executive director

Colorado County Officials & Employees Retirement Association, Littleton, is seeking an executive director, confirmed Marvin Tuttle, interim executive director of the $1.9 billion retirement plan.

The previous executive director, Jacob Kuijper retired in March, and Mr. Tuttle took on the role on an interim basis.

CCOERA provides retirement benefits to employees of Colorado local governments.

The executive director is responsible for leading and managing the association, and will oversee, direct and administer the activities of the CCOERA staff, board administration, consultants and contractors, the job description states.

Executive search firm Leading Associations has been commissioned to head the search, said Mr. Tuttle. The board hopes to fill the position by the end of September.

A full description of the roles and its responsibilities is on the association's website.
