Rockspring Property hires KIC executive to lead Northeast Asia sales efforts

Suengtak Lee joined the Seoul office of London-based Rockspring Property Investment Managers as head of the firm's sales and client service activities in Northeast Asia, covering South Korea, Japan and China.

Mr. Lee replaces Jooyoun Cho. A Rockspring spokeswoman said Ms. Cho left the firm, which acquires and manages commercial property throughout the U.K. and continental Europe, a few months ago.

Mr. Lee comes to Rockspring from Korea Investment Corp., where he served as deputy director of the $110 billion sovereign wealth fund's real estate/infrastructure team, according to a Rockspring news release.

A KIC spokesman couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

The Rockspring spokeswoman said the firm had €7.8 billion ($9.2 billion) in assets under management as of June 30.
