Nebraska Public Power District, Columbus, Neb., is searching for an investment consultant for its $615 million 401(k) plan and $41 million 457 plan, according to an RFP posted on the utility company's procurement website.
The district is seeking a firm that will provide investment consulting services for its retirement plans committee, which oversees the money management of the two defined contribution plans. The chosen consultant would also provide services for the district's $587 million Nuclear Decommissioning Trust and $152 million other post-employment benefits trust.
The RFP said the district would consider one or more firms for the different pools of assets. Information on any current consultants was not immediately available.
The RFP is available on the district's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. CDT on July 27. If finalist presentations are required, they will be completed by Aug. 14, according to the RFP.
