AMP Capital expands infrastructure equity group

Niamh McBreen and Stasha Prnjatovic were named investment directors in AMP Capital's London and Sydney offices, said a spokeswoman.

Ms. McBreen joined as investment director within the infrastructure equity asset management team based in London. The position is new.

She is responsible for asset management across AMP Capital's European infrastructure assets. Ms. McBreen joined from U.K. Government Investments, an associated body of the U.K. government's economic and finance ministry, where she was an executive director.

Ms. Prnjatovic will join as investment director, energy within the infrastructure equity team in Sydney on July 17. The position is also new.

She will lead the sourcing and asset management of Australian and New Zealand energy infrastructure assets. Ms. Prnjatovic will join from New South Wales Treasury where she was a commercial director.

"I'm delighted to announce these two senior appointments to our infrastructure equity team in London and Sydney. It reflects a business that is going from strength to strength after the successful $2.4 billion close of our global infrastructure platform at the end of last year and our deepening infrastructure investment capabilities in the energy sector," said Boe Pahari, managing partner and global head of infrastructure equity, in a news release.
