Port of Seattle casts net for consultant for 4 DC plans

Port of Seattle is searching for an investment consultant for its 457 plan and three 401(a) plans, said Tamara Hamel, senior contract administrator.

The port issued an RFP due to the pending contract expiration of current consultant Hyas Group. The firm is invited to rebid.

The RFP is available on the Port of Seattle's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at noon PDT on July 7. A selection is expected Aug. 23. The new contract will start at the beginning of February, Ms. Hamel said.

The plans have combined assets of $220 million.
