Hester Borrie was named head of client group international at NN Investment Partners, said a spokeswoman.
Ms. Borrie starts March 1, and will also join the international management committee of the €199 billion ($214.5 billion) money manager.
Her position covers marketing, sales and client servicing, including all institutional client commercial activity. Her appointment “is in line with NN IP's ongoing commitment to strengthening its position in selected international markets where client demand is strong,” added the release.
She will replace Martin Nijkamp, head of integrated client solutions and strategic business development, who held the role temporarily following the departure of Gerard Roelofs. Mr. Roelofs joined Kempen Capital Management as director of client solutions.
Ms. Borrie was head of global distribution and marketing at Robeco Group. The firm announced her departure in April, and said at the time her responsibilities would be taken over by members of Robeco's management team.
