PineBridge Investments appointed two senior executives to its U.S. fixed-income team, said a company spokesman.
Davin Lin was named vice president, senior research analyst for the leveraged finance group at PineBridge, and Jonathan Davis was named vice president, product specialist for developed markets investment-grade fixed income.
Both positions are new. Mr. Lin will provide credit analysis and industry research to support the leveraged finance group’s portfolios and will report to John Lapham, managing director, co-head of leveraged finance. Mr. Davis will support client and business development efforts and report to Robert Vanden Assem, managing director, head of investment-grade fixed income.
Mr. Lin was a senior associate at Caltius Capital, where he was responsible for structuring senior and subordinated debt facilities, conducting extensive credit and valuation analyses, due diligence and deal execution.
It could not be learned by press time if they were replaced. Alana Getz, spokeswoman for Caltius Capital, and Jonathan Friedman, spokesman for AllianceBernstein, could not be reached.
PineBridge managed about $72.9 billion in assets as of Dec. 31.
