Greater Manchester Pension Fund looking for global equity managers

Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, Ashton-under-Lyne, England, is searching for active global equity managers to run 600 million ($892 million) for the 10.5 billion Greater Manchester Pension Fund, according to an announcement posted on Tenders Electronic Daily, a European procurement platform.

The pension fund might search for one or more managers, according to the announcement, and the size of how much each manager would run has yet to be determined.
