Colorado Public Employees looking for deputy CIO

Colorado Public Employees' Retirement Association, Denver, is searching for a deputy chief investment officer, according to a job posting on the website of the National Association of State Retirement Administrators.
David Bomberger, who was hired as the $40 billion pension fund's first deputy CIO in 2009, joined worker's compensation insurance company Pinnacol Assurance as CIO last year.
The deputy CIO assists with developing and implementing PERA's investment policies and reports to CIO Jennifer Paquette.
The job positing is available on NASRA's website. Resumes will be accepted through March 18.
Spokeswoman Katie Kaufmanis did not return a telephone call by press time.
