Wisconsin board on lookout for investment process consultant

State of Wisconsin Investment Board, Madison, issued an RFP searching for a consultant for investment process management services.
To enhance its in-house management capabilities, the $90 billion SWIB is seeking a consultant to advise on developing staff and implementing a process management framework, according to the RFP.
The RFP is available at from the fund's website. Proposals are due March 6. SWIB expects to select a firm the week of April 8.
