Alaska Permanent Fund Corp., Juneau, is searching for a real estate investment analyst, confirmed spokeswoman Laura Achee.
The selected person will replace Clay Cummins, who is leaving the $44.8 billion sovereign wealth fund later this month to pursue other opportunities, Ms. Achee said in a telephone interview.
The real estate analyst will conduct research and analysis, and perform specific portfolio and manager oversight activities. The analyst will report to Rosemarie Duran, director of real estate investments.
Alaska Permanent has about $4.6 billion in real estate investments.
The job posting is on the fund's website. Responses are due Feb. 25. There is no timetable for hiring a replacement.
