Payden & Rygel adds portfolio director

Mark Stanley was named portfolio director at Payden & Rygel, according to a news release.
The London-based position is new. Mr. Stanley reports to Robin Creswel, managing principal and head of the London office.
Mr. Stanley previously was a partner in Mercer's fiduciary management business. Mercer spokeswoman Catriona Black said the firm would not provide comment.
Payden & Rygel spokeswoman Kimberly Tipton did not return a phone call for further information by press time.
