Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System, Phoenix, committed up to $30 million to EnCap Energy Capital Fund IX, an oil and gas fund, confirmed James Hacking, administrator of the $6.9 billion pension fund.
The pension fund also approved $20 million in potential co-investments with the fund. It is the pension fund's first commitment to an EnCap Investments fund.
