Harvard Management adds to its public markets team
Among the hires are two former hedge fund executives from Isometrics and GLG

Sanjiv Bhatia, Al-Wadhah Al-Adawi, Amit Tiwari and Srdjan (Serge) Tanjga joined the public markets team at Harvard Management Co. which oversees the $30.7 billion Harvard University endowment, Cambridge, Mass., confirmed spokesman Kevin Galvin.
Mr. Bhatia, managing director and emerging markets equity portfolio manager at Boston-based HMC, was chief investment officer of Hong Kong-based hedge fund Isometric Capital Management.
Mr. Al-Adawi, senior vice president and emerging markets portfolio manager for Latin America/Europe, the Middle East and Asia, was an equities portfolio manager at GLG Partners in London.
Mr. Tiwari, senior vice president and international developed equity portfolio manager, was head of equities at the Lakshmi Mittal family office.
Mr. Tanjga, senior vice president and developed equity portfolio manager, was portfolio manager at 40 North Industries.
Mr. Galvin had no further information about whether these are new positions.
