Waltham Contributory pension fund issues RFP for actuary

Waltham (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for an actuarial consultant, confirmed Joseph Juppe, executive director of the $163 million pension fund.
Incumbent Buck Consultants is invited to rebid. Its contract expired in October, Mr. Juppe said in an e-mail.
The new contract is for up to five years.
The RFP can be obtained by e-mailing the pension fund. Proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. EST Dec. 14. A hiring decision is expected on Jan. 23.
