Ohio State Teachers' Retirement System, Columbus, is searching for an actuarial consultant, confirmed spokesman Nick Treneff.
The $64.3 billion pension fund is issuing an RFP because the contract of current consultant PricewaterhouseCoopers will expire March 31. The firm is invited to rebid.
The RFP is available at www.strsoh.org/pdfs/RFP9.pdf.
Proposals are due Jan. 11. Semifinalist presentations are scheduled for March 14, with a decision expected on March 15.
