Prologue Capital adds portfolio manager

Arjun Viswanathan joined global macro manager Prologue Capital as a portfolio manager.
The position is new. Mr. Viswanathan is based in the firm's London headquarters and will report to David Lofthouse, Prologue's CEO and founder, according to a news release from the firm.
Mr. Viswanathan is “trading European interest-rate volatility,” said Stefan Prelog, a company spokesman, in an e-mail.
Mr. Viswanathan was an executive director in the fixed-income division of Morgan Stanley (MS)'s London office where he headed the interest-rate options trading desk, according to the Prologue news release.
Prologue managed $2 billion in fixed-income oriented global macro strategies as of Oct. 31, mostly for institutional clients.
