United Continental on board with Schwab as record keeper

United Continental Holdings Inc., Chicago, hired Schwab Retirement Plan Services as record keeper for the United Airlines Pilot Directed Account Plan, according to employee benefit material posted on Schwab's website.
Schwab replaces Aon Hewitt, effective Dec. 3.
The pilot's defined contribution plan had $3.24 billion in assets as of Dec. 31, according to a Form 5500 filing. Investment options will remain the same.
