Center for Health Care Services wants review of DC plans

Center for Health Care Services, San Antonio, is searching for a firm to provide a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of its employee retirement savings plans structure, according to an RFP posted on the center's website.
The selected firm will make recommendations on plan design, administration, advising, record keeping, servicing and compliance services for the 401(a) and 457(b) plans that have a combined $16.4 million in assets.
Frost Bank is the current investment adviser for both plans; Retirement Horizons, third-party administrator and record keeper; and TD Ameritrade, custodian.
The RFP is available on the center's website at www.chcsbc.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/2012-Retirement-Plan-RFP.pdf. Proposals are due at 10 a.m. CDT Nov. 2. A hiring decision is expected by the end of the year.
