Mercer named three employees to lead the not-for-profit health-care, endowments and foundations segments of the business, confirmed spokesman Charles Salmans.
Rich Marra, partner, will head the not-for-profit health-care segment; Chris Adkerson, principal, higher education endowments; and Russ LaMore, partner, foundations. All three will continue to spend the majority of their time consulting with clients.
“It reflects the fact we realized we needed to organize our business around these specific areas,” Mr. Salmans said in a telephone interview.
Mercer serves more than 240 clients in these three segments that have a total of $43 billion in assets.
