New Orleans City Employees taps Bogdahn Group as consultant

New Orleans City Employees' Retirement System hired Bogdahn Group as investment consultant, confirmed Jesse Evans Jr., director of the $327 million retirement fund.

An RFP was issued in May as a due diligence measure. The incumbent, Morgan Stanley (MS) Smith Barney, was invited to rebid.

Mr. Evans wrote in an e-mail that once a transition is completed, Bogdahn Group will begin a “thorough review of the portfolio,” the extent of which will be mapped out at that time.

Other finalists were FFC Capital Management, Meketa Investment Group and Segal Rogerscasey.
