Robert Higginbotham was named head of global institutional services at T. Rowe Price Group, confirmed spokesman Bill Benintende.
Mr. Higginbotham will begin his London-based position Oct. 1 and replaces Todd Ruppert, who retired June 30.
Mr. Higginbotham previously was CEO of Fidelity Investments' European business. He left the firm in October 2011.
