Hartford pension plan seeks emerging markets equity manager

Metropolitan District Commission, Hartford, Conn., is searching for an emerging markets equity manager to run $15 million for its $154 million defined benefit plan, according to an RFP posted on MDC's website.
The pension plan is looking to invest the assets in a commingled or mutual fund, according to the RFP. The three-year contract offers two additional one-year renewal options.
