AP6 promotes from within for new CEO

Karl Swartling was named CEO of AP6, Gothenburg, Sweden, confirmed Ulf Lindqvist, spokesman for the 19.9 billion Swedish kronor ($3 billion) fund.
Mr. Swartling replaces Marianne Dicander Alexandersson, who announced her departure in March to become CEO of Swedish pharmaceutical firm Global Health Partner.
Mr. Swartling was previously head of company investments at the fund. Mats Lindahl, previously an investment manager, takes over that role.
