Strapped institutions are opting for investment outsourcing, according to a Pensions & Investments special report in the July 9 issue. One of the challenges facing organizations that use outsourcing is how much fiduciary responsibility is retained by the fund and how much is given to the provider.
As part of P&I's upcoming State of Investment Outsourcing Webcast, we are conducting a poll of readers.
On July 16, we will discuss the results with our webcast guests: Brent Beardsley, partner at Boston Consulting Group, Thomas Heck, chief investment officer of the Ball State University Endowment, and Carlos Penksep, managing director of the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence.
