Endowment data update

Pensions & Investments recently updated the endowments section of the Research Center to include endowment information for their fiscal years, mostly ended June 30, 2011. Twenty endowments that P&I tracks have released their information. More endowment data will be updated as they become available. Endowments experienced strong gains across the board, with the median return at more than 20%. However, assets are still below their pre-crisis highs. Harvard University retained its No. 1 ranking with $32 billion in assets.
