Penny Zuckerwise was named Americas Institutional CEO at Russell Investments, Russell spokeswoman Kate Stouffer, confirmed in an e-mail.
Ms. Zuckerwise was CEO of UCM Partners, formerly Utendahl Capital Management.
She will report to Andrew Doman, Russell’s president and CEO, and will also become a member of the firm’s executive committee, the Russell release said.
Ms. Zuckerwise replaced Mark Hansen, who announced at the end of last year that he was leaving the company to pursue other opportunities, Ms. Stouffer wrote, adding that she had no information on Mr. Hansen’s whereabouts. Efforts to reach Mr. Hansen were unsuccessful.
Gregory Parsons will replace Ms. Zuckerwise as CEO at UCM Partners, according to a news release. He was the company’s COO. Jay Menozzi was named chief investment officer of UCM.
Mr. Menozzi was a managing director at UCM. He replaced Jo Ann Corkran, who decided to leave for another opportunity, the release said. UCM officials did not return phone calls seeking more information by press time.
All changes are effective May 3.
